The information is needed to determine
if individuals holding gravesite set-asides wish to retain their
benefit or remain eligible for the benefit. The data base is then
annotated accordingly. If the set-asie is unwanted or the
individual becomes ineligible, the set-aside will be released to
another eligible veteran and/or his/her dependents.
