This clearance
retains the terms of clearance established in 1990 which can be
found in the docket under this OMB number. Included in these terms
of clearance is a requirement for the Agency to inform OMB of
planned Data Call-In's for Special Review chemicals. Since the
docket shows no such reports since 1993, the Agency shall complete
a summary of all Data Call-In's for Special Review chemicals in the
past three years, along with a summary of the one(s) planned for
1996. The docket will then reflect the nature of compliance with
these terms of clearance.
