Abstract: The SF-LLL is the standard disclosure form for lobbying paid for with non-Federal funds as required by OMB's Governmentwide guidance for the Byrd Amendment. The Lobbying Disclosure Act of 1995 simplified the information to be disclosed effective 1/1/96.
