The Games of Chance Rule (16 C.F.R.
419) sets forth various specific mechanisms by which games can be
designed, and mandates disclosure of odds-of-winning and prize
information in advertising and promotional materials as well as on
most game pieces and at point of sale.
On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that
the collection of information encompassed by this request complies
with 5 CFR 1320.9 and the related provisions of 5 CFR
1320.8(b)(3).
