This interim rule requires the
collection of two types of materials and a third if the first two
are returned to the local redevelopment authority: 1) notices of
interest from representatives of the homeless and other interests
which are submitted to the LRA; 2) a written application submitted
by the LRA to HUD; and 3) a resubmission by the LRA if HUD
determines that the original submission fails to meet the statutory
requirements.
On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that
the collection of information encompassed by this request complies
with 5 CFR 1320.9 and the related provisions of 5 CFR
1320.8(b)(3).
