Abstract: The proposed survey is designed to gather data concerning user satisfaction with the operation of the NAAG-FTC Telemarketing Complaint System (TCS). This data will enable the Commission to determine the effectiveness of the TCS and structure improvements and modifications to the TCS to enhance its usefulness as a law enforcement tool.
