Abstract: Data collection relates to requirements in 45 CFR Part 1305 governing eligibility requirements and selection and enrollment of children and their families in Head Start. Specific categories of information will be collected and analyzed as part of each Head Start grantee's community needs assessment once every three years and used to make key program service decisions for each grantee.
