Once these data are collected, HCFA will compare these findings
with the data on the HCFA 3070 and provide this and the overall
findings from the evaluation to OMB. HCFA will also provide OMB
with a copy of the findings from the pre-test. Any changes which
may occur as a result of the pre-test must be submitted to
OMB.

The purpose of the project is to
establish a baseline of current psychoactive drug use of
beneficiaries in ICRs/MR. Data will be collected on approximately
2,040 beneficiaries using the Medical Administration Record. There
will be no attempt to evaluate whether the drug usage is
appropriate. Information regarding the characteristics of ICRs/MR
will be gathered from 480 facilities.
