Under 32 CFR 199.6, CHAMPUS may
reimburse health care charges only if the provider meets CHAMPUS
criteria. CHAMPUS proposes to add a new category of provider and a
new type of individual provider. Information must be gathered from
the new provider applicants to determine if they meet CHAMPUS
criteria.
On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that
