This collection
is approved based on the following conditions: (1) upon
resubmission of the next clearance package, FCS must submit all
related guidance or instruction on information not collected
through specific forms; this should include the information
requested in the OMB memorandum of 8/24/95, which FCS provided in
response on 9/8/95; and (2) FCS will reduce the frequency of
reporting on the FCS-152 and FCS-153 from monthly to semi-annually,
consistent with the change made for the FCS-155, or will provide
OMB an analysis as to why such a change can not be made at that
time, including a proposed timeframe for such future revisions. In
addition, approval for this collection is granted for two years in
order to incorporate changes proposed through FCS's upcoming
Paperwork Reduction Rule.
