Abstract: The National Nutrient Data Base for Child Nutrition Programs (NNDCNP) is incorporated into software for school food service use in the system known as Nutrient Standard Menu Planning. The nutrient data submission form is used by the food industry to submit brand name commercially processed data to the NNDCNP.
