Approved as
amended by ED's memoranda to OMB of 5/23/95, 5/24/95, 5/25/95, and
6/1/95. ED shall devote sufficient resources to reach a target
response rate of at least 80 percent. In addition, ED has agreed
that findings of elevated morbidity and mortaility rates among
current and former OERI employees that are statistically
significant shall be followed up with further investigation into
factors that may be correlated with these elevated rates, allowing
for appropriate latency periods between exposure to correlary
factors and onset of health problems. Last, ED will compare
incidence rates against national and local estimates, including
full cancer registry information for Maryland and Virgina, DC
mortality rates, and all available, valid and reliable sources and
appropriate for DC morbidity rates.
