Abstract: A plan of operations proposed mining operations information so the environmental impacts can be anticipated and minimized. They establish a procedure for management of surface disturbing activities for authorized operations. We can expect serious, long lasting, and avoidable adverse impacts to surface resources as common occurrence without this data collection.
