NECESSARY FOR THE EFFICIENT AND EFFECTIVE STRATIFICATION OF SBA
PARTICIPATING LENDERS TO ASSIST IN DETERMINING THE ORDER AND TIMING
OF IMPLEMENTATION OF SBA'S NEW ELECTRONIC REPORTING SYSTEM FOR
GOVERNMENT GUARANTY LOANS. THE OBJECTIVE OF THIS PROJECT IS TO
COMPLY WITH FEDERAL POLICIES AND LEGISLATION REGARDING GOVERNMENT
GUARANTY LOAN PROGRAMS, SPECIFICALLY OMB CIRCULAR A-129, THE CREDIT
REFORM ACT OF 1990, AND THE GUARANTEED LOAN MANAGEMENT ASSESSMENT
(GLMA)/OMB BULLETIN 91-05.
