Approved on the
condition that ED ensure that the questions in this survey do not
duplicate items in other related customer satisfaction surveys
currently being conducted through OPE. In addition, we encourage ED
to abbreviate the survey wherever possible since the current
63-question format appears too long to generate useful responses in
a customer survey. -- This survey closes out ED's use of the HES
clearance. Future surveys shall be done through the new PEQIS
clearance.
