DFARS Part 225 concerns information
collection requirements used to ensure contractor compliance with
restrictions on the acquisition of foreign products imposed by
statute or policy to protect the defense industrial base. Other
information is required for compliance with our trade agreements
and memoranda of understanding which promote reciprocal trade with
our allies. The information is related to foreign acquisition,
including country of origin of foreign products, expenditures in
the U.S. by foreign contractors, duty-free entry certificates,
compliance with certain foreign source.
On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that
the collection of information encompassed by this request complies
with 5 CFR 1320.9 and the related provisions of 5 CFR
1320.8(b)(3).
