The information
retention requirements approved under this OMB number include only
those specifically identifed in Section 76.305 of the Commission's
rules. These are Sections: 76.207, 76.221(f), 76.79, 76.225(c),
76.601(c), 76.601(e), and 76.601(h). The Supporting Statement
identified the requirements of Section 76.95. This section exempts
cable operations with less than 1000 customers from the
requirements of Sections 76.92-76.94 but also requires firms to
file a notice with the Commission when they grow larger than 1000
customers. OMB Number 3060-0419 covers the requirements of 76.94
but not Sections 76.92 and 76.93. The FCC will determine whether
the filing requirements of Section 76.95 are covered under a valid
OMB number. They will also verify that there are no unapproved
information collections or recordkeeping requirements in Sections
76.92 and 76.93.
