Abstract: THE INFORMATION COLLECTED IS NEEDED BY THE SECRETARY TO AWARD PROGRAM FUNDS FOR THE STAR SCHOOLS PROGRAM. THE INFORMATION WILL BE REVIEWED AS PART OF A COMPETITION FOR THE AWARD OF STAR SCHOOLS FUNDS. RESPONDENTS WILL BE TELECOMMUNICATIONS PARTNERSHIPS WHICH MAY INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING: PUBLIC AGENCIES, CORPORATIONS, STATE EDUCATION AGENCIES, LOCAL EDUCATION AGENCIES, AND OTHERS.
