This information
collection is approved under the following conditions: OMB does not
approve the proposed separate reporting on preschool students
because it imposes an unduly burdensome level of reporting and the
form is likely to modified through reauthorization of the IDEA.
Upon Reauthorization, OSERS should review the form to reduce the
level of detail to that required under the Act and identify
opportunities to move to a more outcomes-oriented approach for
monitoring the implementation of the FAPE requirement. OMB is
available to discuss any potential changes before the next
submission.
