THE DUAL SYSTEM ESTIMATION PHASE OF
THE INTEGRATED COVERAGE MEASUREMENT PROGRAM IS DESIGNED TO EVALUATE
THE COMPLETENESS OF THE 1995 CENSUS TEST. THE PURPOSE OF THE DSE
FOLLOWUP IS TO GATHER ADDITIONAL INFORMATION IN ORDER TO ASSIGN A
FINAL MATCH STATUS WITH CERTAINTY AND OBTAIN ESTIMATES OF COVERAGE
ERROR FROM THE ICM.
