Abstract: REGULATION PROMULGATES THE POLICIES AND PROCEDURES FOR ACTIONS TO BE TAKEN IN CASES WHERE UNAUTHORIZED FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE IN THE FORM OF A LOAN, GRANT, OR INTEREST SUBSIDY BENEFIT WAS CREATED THROUGH THE USE OF AN INCORRECT INTEREST. AS PRESCRIBED BY PUBLIC LAW 99-88, ANY FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE AUTHORIZED WITH INCORRECT INTEREST RATES MUST BE CORRECTED AND IMPLEMENTED TO ALL COMMUNITY AND BUSINESS PROGRAM LOANS.
