This information
collection request is approved until September 30, 1996. The
alternative threshold for low annual reportable amounts will first
be available to facilities when they file their 1995 reports with
EPA by July 1, 1996. After analyzing the 1995 submissions, EPA
shall recalculate the number of respondents and the estimated
respondent burden and detemrine if the alternative threshold should
be changed before submitting this ICR to OMB for approval. If EPA
determines that changes in the regulation are warranted, the Agency
shall initiate a rulemaking promptly to make the necessary changes
(see 5 CFR 1320.14(f)). OMB also reserves its right to initiate a
proposal for change.
