THE PATENT STATUTE IS COMPLIED WITH WHERE AN INVENTION PATENTED OR
SOUGHT TO BE PATENTED RELIES ON A BIOLOGICAL MATERIAL SUBJECT TO A
DEPOSIT REQUIREMENT, WHICH INCLUDES NOTIFICATION TO THE INTERESTED
