COMPUTERIZED DATA BASE. EXCHANGES, SECURITIES ASSOCIATIONS AND
THEIR MEMBERS, BROKERS, DEALERS, TRANSFER AGENTS, CLEARING AGENCIES
AND THEIR PARTICIPANTS, FDIC BANKS, AND
