ADULTS WILL ASSESS THE NATURE AND EXTENT OF PRESCRIPTION DRUG
INFORMATION RECEIVED BY PATIENTS FROM HEAL PROFESSIONALS AND OTHER
SOURCES. THESE ARE A CONTINUATION OF A TRACKI SURVEY CONDUCTED IN
1982, 1984, AND 1992.

the collection of information encompassed by this request complies
with 5 CFR 1320.9 and the related provisions of 5 CFR
1320.8(b)(3).
