THIS VOLUNTARY CUSTOMER SURVEY WILL BE
USED TO IMPLEMENT E.O. 12862. WILL BE SENT TO ANNUITANTS UNDER THE
FEDERAL EMPLOYEES RETIREMENT SYST (FERS) TO DETERMINE THEIR LEVEL
OF SATISFACTION WITH OPM'S SERVICE. T INFORMATION OBTAINED FROM THE
SURVEY WILL BE USED TO IDENTIFY AREAS WHERE SERVICE IMPROVEMENTS
ARE NECESSARY.
