Abstract: THE FCC 405B IS A COMPUTER GENERATED EXPIRATION NOTICE WHICH IS SENT TO AIRCRAFT RADIO STATION LICENSEES. BY RETURNING THIS NOTICE TO THE FCC, THE LICENSEES ARE ABLE TO RENEW THEIR AUTHORIZATION WHEN THERE AR NO CHANGES OR ONLY MINOR CHANGES TO THE EXISITNG AUTHORIZATION.
