TO SURVEY DEPARTMENT OF JUSTICE FREEDOM OF INFORMATION AND PRIVACY
ACT REQUESTERS TO DETERMINE THEIR EXPECTATION OF SERVICE AND THEIR
LEVEL OF SATISFACTION WITH EXISTING SERVICES. BASED ON THE
INFORMATION COLLECTED, DOJ COMPONENTS MAY CHAN POLICIES OR
PROCEDURES TO ENHANCE OR STREAMLINE FOIPA OPERATIONS.
