THIS PILO9T IS INTENDED TO DETERMINE
THE REASIBILITY OF REGULARLY MEASURING THE ACCURACY OF REGISTERED
UI EMPLOYERS' FILING OF UI CONTRIBUTIONS (TAX) RETURNS. IT WILL
DRAW A RANDOM SAMPLE OF FIRMS AND AUDIT THEIR RETURNS, AND COMPARE
THESE RESULTS WITH AUDITS OF FIRMS WITH LARGE 1099 AMOUNTS OR
BLOCKED UI BENEFIT CLAIMS.
