amended by DOL's 9/27/94 memorandum to OMB. In addition, DOL has
agreed to meet the following conditions: -- The document will be
approved as a pilot test for reporting of participant-level data
through automated means in the Indian and Nativ Hawaiian program.
Participation in this pilot test is voluntary, and respondents who
choose to participate in the pilot test will not be required to
report information on the currently approved program repor for this
program (OMB #1205-0308). -- DOL shall aim for full use of this
system by submission of the next clearance request (Spring 1996),
eliminating the currently used report -- DOL shall assess
incorporation of additional data elements on education and skill
attainment into the Title II SPIR (1205-0321), bas on the results
of this pilot test (and that of the MSFW participant da system,
which is also being pilot-tested on the same time frame). DOL shall
submit any resulting revisions to the SPIR for PRA review as soo as
possible.
