THIS PROPOSED RULE WILL REQUIRE THE
LIST OF EMPLOYEES DISPLACED AS A RESULT OF CONVERSION TO CONTRACT
PERFORMANCE TO THE SUCCESSFUL CONTRACTOR WITHIN 10 DAYS AFTER
CONTRACT AWARD. THE CONTRACTOR MUST REPORT TO THE GOVERNMENT THE
NAMES OF THOSE ADVERSELY AFFECTED OF SEPARATED EMPLOYEES HIRED
WITHIN 90 DAYS AFTER CONTRACT PERFORMANCE BEGINS, BUT NOT LATER
THAN 120 DAYS.

1320.8(b)(3).
