Approved as
amended by DOL's 6/3/94 memorandum to OMB. As DOL has agreed, this
approval extends only for Wave 1 of the survey. DOL will prepare a
report indicating findings from Wave 1, and will submit a
justification to continue with Wave 2 and the Environmental Survey
of high-performance workplaces along with that report; the burden
from these two parts of the survey will also be recorded at that
time. DOL Wave 2 justification shall explain in greater detail how
the results o this study would be used to inform the development of
the Administrati skill standards and school-to-work
initiatives.
