This information
collection is approved through 5-95 under the following conditions:
Upon the next submission ACF will have develope a mechanism to
allow States to transmit this data electronically. Now that State
systems are operational, ACF must implement options to reduce the
reporting and data processing burden to the greatest extent
possible. OMB also reiterates the request that ACF review and
justify the need for States to report JOBS sanctions information on
a monthly basis. The ACF mandate that States report first, second
an third sanctions by month appears overly burdensome.
