Abstract: FNS NEEDS INFORMATION TO DESIGN NUTRITIONAL PROGRAMS FOR WIC INFANTS. THIS STUDY GATHERS INFORMATION ON BREASTFEEDING, FORMULA FEEDING, USE OF SOLID FOODS, AND ON THE ATTIDUTES, KNOWLEDGE, AND LIVING ARRANGEMEN THAT SHAPE WIC INFANT FEEDING PRACTICES. ABOUT 700 MOTHERS OF WIC INFANTS ARE INTERVIEWED IN A 1-YEAR LONGITUDINAL STUDY.
