Abstract: APPLICATIONS FOR DESIGNATION AS ONE OF TWENTY COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT CORPORATIONS TO WHICH TAX-PAYING ENTITIES CAN MAKE CASH CONTRIBUTIONS AND RECEIVE SPECIAL TAX CREDITS. INFORMATION FROM APPLICATIONS WILL B USED TO DETERMINE ELIGIBILITY, CAPACITY, AND COMMITMENT OF CDCS IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE STATUTE. ANNUAL REPORTS WILL BE REQUIRED OF DESIGNEES TO MONITOR THEIR PROGRESS.
