Terms of Clearance: Approved as amended by DOL's memoranda to OMB of 5/16/94, 5/17/94, and 5/19/94. The usefuleness of this information will be maximized by comparison at the SDA level with program outcome data gathered through the SPIR (OMB #1205-0321). Accordingly, DOL shall prepare annual reports that analyze program outcomes against financial and participan information, to assess program cost-effectiveness. DOL shall provide OMB with copies of these reports as soon as possible after receipt of the SPIR and SDA cost information for a given program year; DOL shall also make these reports available to the public.
