Abstract: THIS REGULATION PRESCRIBES THE POLICIES AND PROCEDURES FOR RECEIVING A PROCESSING FARM OWNERSHIP, SOIL AND WATER, OPERATING, EMERGENCY, RURAL RENTAL HOUSING, RURAL COOPERATIVE HOUSING, RURAL HOUSING SITE, LABOR HOUSING, AND INSURED SECTION 502 AND 504 RURAL HOUSING LOAN AND GRANT APPLICATIONS.
