TITLE 5, U.S. CODE, CHAPTER 83,
SECTION 8337(D), AND CHAPTER 84, SECTION 8455 REQUIRE THAT A
DISABILITY ANNUITANT RESTORED TO EARNING CAPACITY BEFORE REACHING
AGE 60 LOSES HIS/HER ANNUITY. THIS RI 30-2 I USED BY DISABILITY
ANNUITANTS UNDER AGE 60 TO REPORT THEIR EARNINGS ANNUALLY TO THE
OFFICE OF PERSONNEL MANAGEMENT. RI 30-44 IS USED TO REPORT EARNINGS
WHEN THE INFORMATION FROM THE RI 30-2 IS UNUSABLE.
On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that
