Abstract: THE MINERALS MANAGEMENT SERVICE IS AMENDING 30 CFR 230 ADDING NEW REGULATIONS CODIFYING PROCEDURES FOR OBTAINING REFUNDS AND CREDITS OF EXCESS ROYALTY PAYMENTS MADE UNDER OUTER CONTINENTAL SHELF LEASES SUBJECT TO SECTION 10 OF THE OUTER CONTINENTAL SHELF LANDS ACT. INFORMATION WILL BE COLLECTED FROM SMALL BUSINESS, AS WELL AS LARGE OI AND GAS COMPANIES.
