Abstract: THE INFORMATION COLLECTED WILL BE A STATE TELECOMMUNICATIONS MODERNIZATION PLAN (STMP), A PLAN FOR IMPROVING THE PUBLIC SWITCHED TELECOMMUNICATIONS NETWORK. THE STMP WILL BE REVIEWED BY THE REA TELEPHONE PROGRAM STAFF TO ENSURE THAT IT COMPLIES WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE REGULATION.
