Abstract: THE FAIR HOUSING INITIATIVES PROGRAM WILL PROVIDE FUNDS TO PUBLIC AND PRIVATE AGENCIES INVOLVED IN CARRYING OUT PROGRAMS THAT PREVENT OR ELIMINATE DISCRIMINATORY HOUSING PRACTICES. THE ORGANIZATIONS WILL DEVELOP, IMPLEMENT, AND CARRY OUT PROGRAMS ASSIGNED TO OBTAIN ENFORCEMENT OF THE RIGHTS GUARANTEED BY THIS FAIR HOUSING ACT.
