ACT AT U.S.C. 2609(C) REQUIRES MORTGAGE ORIGINATORS TO SUBMIT AN
INITIAL ESCROW ACCOUNT STATEMENT DESCRIBING PAYMENTS TO AND
DISBUSEMENTS FROM THE ACCOUNT. MORTGAGE SERVICERS ARE REQUIRED TO
SUBMIT ANNUAL ESCROW ACCOUNT STATEMENTS DESCRIBING THE PAST YEAR'S
ACTIVITY AND CERTIFYING THAT THE ACCOUNT WA OPERATED
LEGALLY.
On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that
the collection of information encompassed by this request complies
with 5 CFR 1320.9 and the related provisions of 5 CFR
1320.8(b)(3).
