FNS SHALL USE THIS INFORMATION TO MAKE FUNDING AND OTHER PROGRAM MANAGEMENT DECISIONS AND TO REPORT TO CONGRESS AS REQUIRED UND 42 U.S.C. 1786(M)(9)(A).
