THE U.S. HAS SIGNED A TREATY TO BAN
CHEMICAL WEAPONS. ONE OF THE PROVISIONS REQUIRES PRODUCERS,
PROCESSORS, AND CONSUMERS OF TREATY-CONTROLLED CHEMICALS TO FILE
REPORTS AND RECEIVE ROUTINE INSPECTIONS. ACDA MUST DETERMINE THE
NUMBER AND IDENTITY OF THE U.S. CHEMICAL FACILITIES SUBJECT TO
TREATY OBLIGATIONS.
On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that
the collection of information encompassed by this request complies
with 5 CFR 1320.9 and the related provisions of 5 CFR
1320.8(b)(3).
