Abstract: FORMS ARE USED IN MONITORING GRANTS AWARDED TO THE PUBLIC TELECOMMUNICATIONS COMMUNITY. THE PUBLIC BROADCASTING ACT (47 U.S.C. 390-394, 397, 399B) AUTHORIZES GRANTS TO BE AWARDED FOR THE PLANNING AND CONSTRUCTION OF PUBLIC TELECOMMUNICATIONS FACILITIES. IN ORDER TO MONITOR THE USE OF GRANT FUNDS AND PROCESS PAYMENT REQUESTS, GRANTEES ARE REQUIRED TO SUBMIT CERTAIN REPORTS AND FORMS PERIODICALLY.
