Abstract: UNDER FIFRA SEC. 3, PESTICIDE LABELING MUST COMPLY WITH AGENCY REQUIREMENTS TO AVOID BEING MISBRANDED. UNDER CURRENT REGULATIONS, REGISTRANTS MUST REVISE THEIR LABELING TO ADD OR MODIFY STATEMENTS TO COMPLY WITH THE WORKER PROTECTION STANDARD.
