Abstract: TO ASSURE PROPER SHIPMENT, SEGREGATION, AND STERILIZATION OF NONSTERIL DEVICES LABELED AS STERILE, A WRITTEN AGREEMENT IS REQUIRED BETWEEN TH MANUFACTURER AND STERILIZER. THIS RELIEVES AND DISTRIBUTION. IT PROVIDES FDA A MECHANISM FOR PROTECTING CONSUMERS FROM MISBRANDED PRODUCTS.
