The actual estimate is 120 hours. This is a serious error which
must be corrected before the assessment instrume is distributed.
Also, in the next submission, OMB asks HUD to again include an
update of voluntary participation and a report on the results of
the self-assessments and what actions were taken based on these
assessments.

THE TITLE VI SELF-ASSESSMENT
INSTRUMENT IS USED BY PUBLIC HOUSING AGENCIES TO DOCUMENT THEIR
PERFORMANCE RELATED TO TITLE VI OF THE 1964 CIVIL RIGHTS ACT. THE
RESULTS WILL BE USED BY HUD TO PROVIDE A FORMAL COMPLIANCE REVIEW
DETERMINATION FOR PUBLIC HOUSING AUTHORITIE PARTICIPATING IN THIS
VOLUNTARY PROGRAM.
