PROBLEMS AND HEALTH UTILIZATION HISTORY OF RURAL VETERANS TO
EVALUATE HOW TO COST-EFFECTIVELY SERVE THEM. IN A CONGRESSIONALLY
MANDATED EVALUATION OF MOBILE CLINIC PATIENTS AT THE CLINICS AND
SELECTED VAMC OUTPATIENT CLINICS WILL BE ASKED ABOUT HEALTH
PROBLEMS, USE OF CARE, AND SATISFACTION WITH CARE. ELIGIBLE
VETERANS NOT USING THE CLINICS WILL ALSO BE QUESTIONED
