Abstract: 12 CFR SECTION 502.3 REQUIRES ALL ENTITIES SUBMITTING APPLICATIONS AND SEC FILINGS TO THE OTS FOR APPROVAL OF PROPOSED TRANSACTIONS TO INCLUDE A STATEMENT INDICATING THE AMOUNT OF THE ENCLOSED FILING FEE AND HOW THE FEE WAS CALCULATED.
